Between April and June 2026, 201,596 homes were sold in Italy, 0.1% more than in the same period of 2025, according to the Property Market Observatory of the Italian Revenue Agency. In the North-West there were 70,147 sales, 0.4% more.
46.6% of purchases made by individuals were financed with a mortgage.
