Cookie policy

Updated on 30 October 2026

Which cookies and similar technologies this site uses, and why.

01Technical cookies

NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose (one year). Strictly necessary, no consent required.

02No profiling cookies

The website does not use profiling, advertising or third-party analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner. It does keep two pieces of our own information in your browser: the homes you have saved and a random session key used to count listing views.

03Counting visits

We count visits to the site without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. We record only anonymous data: the page opened, the type of device, the language and where you came from. We do not store your IP address.

04Third-party services

Area maps load tiles from OpenFreeMap: the provider receives the IP address needed to serve the request. Typefaces are served from our own domain.

05Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings: your language choice, saved properties and view counts will start from scratch.
