According to the regional statistics of the Italian Revenue Agency, 2,871 homes were sold in the province of Biella in 2025, 5.9% more than in 2024; in the municipality of Biella 837, 3.3% more. Piedmont as a whole grew by 10.1%.
The average value of homes in the municipality of Biella is 805 euros per square metre, essentially unchanged on the year before. The area-by-area analysis is in the Journal.
