Forum terms of use

The rules for writing in the Prestige Immobiliare forum. You accept them with your first message; if they change, you accept them again with your next one.

Version of 29 September 2026

The forum is run by Prestige Immobiliare Srls, Via Piemonte 2, 13836 Cossato (BI), P.IVA 02698490022. For any request, including legal ones, write from the Contacts page.

  1. 1

    Who can write

Anyone can read. You can write if you have an account on the site, have confirmed your email and are at least eighteen. The account is personal: it is not lent, nor used on behalf of others without saying so.

  2. 2

Who is responsible for what you write

Whoever writes a message is responsible for it. By writing you declare that the text is yours, or that you have the right to publish it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You grant the agency, free of charge and without time limit, the right to publish the message on the site, to show it in search and in the site assistant’s answers, to translate it and to keep it. If you delete your account, your messages remain without your name: they become “Deleted user”.

  3. 3

    What is not published

Other people’s personal data (names of clients or other parties, full addresses, phone numbers, documents) and your own beyond what is needed.

    Insults, threats, discrimination, personal attacks.

Advertising, property listings, service offers, business contacts, repeated or paid links.

Unlawful content, falsehoods presented as fact, or material protected by rights you do not hold.

Off-topic messages, duplicates, or posts written to push a discussion rather than to answer.

  4. 4

    How moderation works

Every message is first read by an automatic moderator that looks for advertising, insults, personal data and off-topic content; then, when needed, by a person at the agency. A message may go out at once, wait to be read, or not be published.

If a message is not published, or is removed later, we tell you why, by email and in your area of the site. If you think it is a mistake, reply to that email: a person will look at it again.

Repeated breaches can lead to suspension: you keep reading, but no longer write.

  5. 5

    Reports

Every message has a “Report” button. The agency reads reports, usually within the working day. For legal requests (content about you, an infringement of rights), write from the Contacts page with the link to the message.

  6. 6

    Answers are not professional advice

Answers from the agency and from experts are general guidance, given without knowing every detail of your case. They do not replace the opinion of a notary, surveyor, lawyer or advisor: ask one before deciding. Experts speak for themselves, not for the agency.

  7. 7

    Your data

How we process the data of people who write in the forum is set out in the site’s privacy notice. The automatic moderator uses an artificial intelligence service: before sending it the text, we remove email addresses, phone numbers, tax codes and IBANs.

  8. 8

    If the terms change

If these terms change, the new version applies from your next message, and we ask you to accept it before publishing. What you wrote before stays as it is.

The expert’s code

Whoever answers as an Expert (notary, surveyor, technician, lawyer, advisor) commits to this, on top of the terms of use.

  • You say who you really are: the profession you declare is yours, and it can be checked.
  • You answer to help, not to win clients: no contacts, quotes, business cards or invitations to write to you privately.
  • If you have an interest in the matter (an assignment, a relationship with one of the parties), you say so.
  • You give general guidance and say when an opinion on the specific case is needed.
  • You follow the forum rules like everyone else, and the agency may remove the Expert role if you don’t.
