How the forum works
A few rules, stated clearly. Who answers for the agency, what you can ask and what you can’t.
Rules · Prestige Forum Club
- 1
Respect people
Discuss ideas and experiences. Avoid insults, threats, discrimination and personal attacks.
- 2
Stay on topic
Choose a relevant category and explain the question you want to look into.
- 3
Protect confidential information
Do not post personal data, identity documents, bank details or details that make third parties recognisable.
- 4
Give useful context
A clear title and a little relevant information help readers understand the situation.
- 5
Contribute without advertising
The discussion is there to inform. Avoid promotional messages, commercial contacts and repeated links.
- 6
Say where information comes from
If you quote figures, rules or deadlines, add a verifiable source. Tell opinions apart from facts.
- 7
Quote with restraint
Take only what is needed to continue the discussion and attribute the words to their author.
- 8
Follow moderation guidance
The office may ask for clarification or act on content in line with the forum's terms.
- 9
Share relevant experience
Explain what you observed without presenting it as a result valid in every situation.
- 10
Report what is wrong
If you notice incorrect content or confidential information, use the report function and say what the problem is.
The agency’s answers are general guidance: for your own case you need a notary, a surveyor or an advisor. We can introduce you, if you like.
Forum terms of useFrequently asked questions
Who is the forum for?
For anyone who wants to find their way around buying, selling, renting, works and the area. You can ask a question or share an experience relevant to the topic.
How do I choose the category?
Choose the one closest to your question. If the subject covers several topics, start from the main one and explain the context.
How are messages reviewed?
The forum rules describe the checks and the cases in which a message may need review. The office follows moderation and reports.
Can I post documents or details of a negotiation?
Avoid personal data, contact details, identity documents and confidential details. Describe the situation without making the people involved recognisable.
What do I write to explain my case?
Give the topic, the area if relevant, the essential features and the doubt you want to look into. Share only the information that is needed.
Can I ask for a valuation of my home?
You can discuss the elements that go into a valuation. For an estimate of your own property, contact the office: a public discussion doesn't replace an inspection.
Can I ask what checks to make before buying?
Yes. The forum can help you work out the questions to look into. Checks on the property require the documents and the involvement of the relevant professionals.
How can I discuss an offer?
Explain which aspects you want to weigh, such as price, timing or conditions, without posting confidential documents. Replies remain general guidance.
Do you also discuss income-producing properties?
Yes. You can discuss the costs and assumptions to consider, telling individual experience apart from verifiable data and future results.
Can the forum tell me whether an investment is worthwhile?
It can help you gather questions and points to look into. Assessing an economic choice requires data about your own situation and the features of the transaction.
Can I quote an earlier reply?
Yes, if the quote helps to understand the discussion. Take only the passage you need and make clear who you are referring to.
How do I report a problem?
Use the report function in the discussion and say why. For requests that directly concern the office, use the official contacts.
