Chapter 05 · The journal · The authors
Share your experience in the Prestige Journal.
The Journal welcomes contributions from notaries, surveyors, lawyers, advisors and estate agents. We look for clear content, based on verifiable sources and useful to those selling, buying or wanting to know the home better. Every article is signed and reviewed by the studio.
How it works
- 1
You apply from your area of the site: who you are, what you want to write about, a sample text.
- 2
An automatic check reads your application; then the agency decides. We email you the outcome.
- 3
As an accredited author you write your articles in your area, with their sources, and send them for review.
- 4
The agency reads them, may ask for changes, and publishes them under your name.
Who can write
Anyone with a site account and a confirmed email, of age, writing under their real name. You don’t need to be a journalist: you need to know your subject and explain it clearly.
You don’t write to advertise yourself: the signature already says who you are and what you do.
The check
When you apply, an automatic check reads your presentation and sample text, opens the profile you give, looks at public profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and searches the web for public news about your professional activity: for example disciplinary sanctions or convictions for fraud or defamation. It also checks that the sample text is not copied.
Your email and phone number are never sent to the AI service that runs the check. The result is kept in our records with your application.
If the check finds a high risk, documented by a source, the application is rejected and we tell you why. You can always ask, from your area, for a person at the agency to review it. In every other case the agency decides, with the check in front of them.
The signature
Every article is published with your name and profession, and at the end your declaration: the text is yours, the facts carry their source, and you answer for it personally.
Before publication, every article is read by an automatic reviewer (advertising, insults, copied text, facts without a source) and then by a person from the studio.
The author’s code
You accept it when you apply, and confirm it with every article you send.
Version of 29 September 2026.
- 1.I write under my real name and say who I am: my profession and, if I work for a company in the sector, which one.
- 2.The text is mine and original. If I quote others I use quotation marks and say where the words come from. If I use automated writing tools, I check every sentence and take responsibility for it as if I had written it.
- 3.Every fact, figure, rule or deadline has a verifiable source, preferably the official one, and I list it among the article’s sources.
- 4.I keep facts separate from opinions. Opinions are mine and read as such.
- 5.I don’t advertise, myself or others: no contacts, no prices of my services, no invitations to hire me.
- 6.I declare conflicts of interest: if I write about a company, a product or a property I am connected to, I say so in the article.
- 7.I write nothing offensive, discriminatory or damaging to the reputation of people or companies, and I publish no personal data of others.
- 8.I respect copyright: no texts or images I don’t have the rights to.
- 9.I answer personally, including before the law, for what I sign. The studio may correct typos and headlines, ask me for changes or decide not to publish; it does not change the meaning of the article without telling me.
- 10.I grant the studio, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, the right to publish the article on the website, translate it, show it in the website search and assistant, and keep it. I can ask for it to be removed.
- 11.If I do not keep these commitments, the studio may remove my articles and suspend my accreditation.
