Get to know the home up close
View the property with an agent from the studio, by appointment and at no cost. It is the moment to look at the spaces, ask questions and understand what to look into further.
How to arrange a viewing03
Set out the finances
Being clear about available funds, costs and the need for a mortgage helps you assess the purchase. To look into financing you can turn to the credit advisor who works with the studio, or to your own bank.

Make an informed offer
We help you put the price, timing and conditions of your offer in writing. We go through the commitments involved, the initial sums and whether the purchase should be conditional on a mortgage.
Learn about the purchase offer05
From agreement to deed
After the agreement, we guide you through the steps that are ours and coordinate with the professionals involved. Paperwork, any financing and the arrangements between the parties together set the timing of the notarial deed.

Can you help me find my way with a mortgage?
You can talk to the credit advisor who works with the studio to look into your situation and the offers of the partner lenders. Credit advice is provided by the authorised party; Prestige is a real estate agency.
How much does it cost to buy with Prestige?
The fee is agreed with the parties. The reference conditions are, for properties up to 100,000 euros, a minimum of 3,000 euros plus VAT for each party; above that figure, 3% plus VAT on the sale price, paid by both the seller and the buyer. Amounts and payment terms are set out in the agreement.
How does the purchase offer work?
The offer puts the price, the terms and the commitments in writing. We go through the document with you, paying attention to the initial sums, the payment arrangements and any conditions linked to a mortgage.
What other costs should I consider?
Besides the price of the property, you need to consider taxes, notary fees, the brokerage fee and any mortgage costs. The figures depend on the transaction and your situation: you can talk them through with the studio and the relevant professionals.
